I bought a wok about 7 years ago and I could probably count on one hand how many times I’ve put it to use. Great intensions turned into a big dusty pan hanging on the end of my shelf. Well, with my recent dive into cuisines that are outside my comfort zone, I finally have a chance to redeem my wok and myself. I had randomly bought some soba noodles during my Chinatown visit a few weeks ago and now having them, they inspired me to make this stir-fry. I have to say, that having made it now and seeing how easy, fast and ultimately superior to take-out in every way it is, I have a lot more redeeming of my wok to do.
